Schedule of Events: What's Happening

Thursday 30th November

Grand Opening

Admission: £7, with wine and buffet

Join us to be there when the magic begins!  This year our special guest Will Clarke, local Olympic and Ironman triathlete, will be leading the countdown to the switch on as we enjoy a relaxed evening of entertainment, lights and food.  Book your tickets now to be among the first to witness the spectacular sights and sounds of the festival!

"Having represented England at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and then Great Britain in the 2008 Olympic Games Will Clarke is one of only 3 Triathletes in the UK who have competed in both the Olympic Games and Ironman World Championships ever. Now retired from professional racing he leads his own successful coaching business Riot Racing Club whereby he passes on his knowledge and experience of the sport to others to help them reach their goals. Alongside full time coaching Will is now a very talented marathon runner and is chasing the ever illusive sub 2hr20 in Valencia in December followed by London in April. It it his honour and privilege to open this year's Christmas Tree Festival at Holy Trinity and would like to wish everyone a very happy and restful Christmas."
